Transition Duration

All transitions have a duration setting. The duration can be set from a minimum defined for each transition (usually one second) to a maximum based on the source length or 10 seconds maximum, whichever is smaller. For example, a slide with a duration of 5:00 can have a maximum transition duration of 4:15 because the minimum duration for a slide is 15 frames. (This is in an NTSC project—in a PAL project, the maximum transition duration would be 4:13 because the minimum duration for a slide is 12 frames.)
